About my career

I’m lucky because I have made a living for over 20 years being curious, asking questions and figuring out what’s possible.

• Started as a Graphic Designer in a small but mighty New York agency (Alexander Design Associates).

• Worked with diverse freelance clients in the late 2000’s (Philanthropy, Beauty, Hospitalities)

• Jumped client side in 2011 with Lufthansa (German Airlines) — taking charge of Brand Advertising and Direct Marketing for the Americas (10 million Euro annual budget).

• Transferred to Brussels Airlines in 2013 to lead Marketing and Sales in the US. 

• In 2015 started managing Creative Services for the massive rebranding from North Shore-LIJ to Northwell Health — preparing the design team for and then managing through the total brand transformation.

• Formed the Northwell internal agency in 2019 to better integrate marketing efforts, as part of the leadership team.

• I was Creative Director of the internal agency for clinical campaigns from 2019 through 2022 where we used paid media to scale and sustain the Northwell Brand Vision, while addressing our clients’ clinical business needs. (I also still managed all the pre-agency corporate day-to-day stuff.) High volume, high demand, high intensity. My shops kept all the plates spinning. 

• Since 2023, I have led creative output on a small and productive internal marketing team for Rivkin Radler, a law firm with 6 locations and over 250 attorneys.

• In my free time - I provide creative consulting for friends, family and various philanthropic organizations - for fun and to challenge my brain creatively!

A bit about me

I share my life with my husband, two great kids, our faithful chihuahua companions Murray & Biscoff and great group of friends in the city we love. I’m not at all shy. I ask a lot of questions. Laughter is an important part of my life and work. I always want to see pictures of your kids and pets.
